This is an Iframe feature that allows us to port additional information when you click on in-text links in the main content area.
Ported content can be information pieces that can include short explanations, relative data, links to related resources, ads related to links, and ads just in of themselves.
We anticipate that this feature will increase the speed and efficiency of viewing in-text information links since you won't have to close windows (just leave the information until the next link), have main window content obstructed by info pop-ups, repeatedly ok permission for a pop-up, and know where the information will be presented in your browser.
